This was my first trip to Nevis so I cant really compare to any other place on island but I do know that I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in. The owners live on property and are so nice. Everyone is very very accommodating and the staff was just wonderful. Our family has been going to this exquisite hotel for 15 years. It is hard to express how personal one's treatment is there, how perfect the ambience, how thoughtful and available the staff. It's equally hard to imagine how on an island that is already close to paradise, there could be a hotel that is even closer. We are a well-travelled family who have visited all the continents (except australia). Other hotels however good, however luxurious merge together, but Hermitage is out on its own. Read Full Review

I would HIGHLY recommend this place for a romantic getaway. We had our wedding there (just the two of us) and everybody was wonderful; the event itself was very memorable. I would go back there (and WILL) in a heartbeat. Read Full Review
